The staff were friendly and the
Decorations for the holidays. The amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, but I did notice that the air conditioning unit in my room was quite noisy, which impacted my sleep sometimes.

Booked the hotel for its quiet and exceptionally nice location right by the restaurant being swamped as well as canada. The breakfast was warm, featured a wide array of meals...

Our stay was real good, greatly enjoyed nice hot and relatively cheap breakfasts.
Everything was nice, including highly professional and competent staff. This location was quiet, right by the pretty waterfall, stores or restaurants, and a restaurant. Also, we were about 20 minutes walk from Old Strathcona.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
The check-in process was baffling, as the front desk staff couldn't find our reservation initially. Upon entering our room, we noticed that it was exceedingly dark, lacking any ceiling lights. The carpet in the common areas was in disrepair, which posed a tripping hazard.

Remote location of the hotel, kind stuff like a front manager.

Staff were great & sincere. Restaurant was excellent. Great service at dinner and during breakfast buffet. Dinner was great - fair priced, good food, generous portions. Like having a fridge in the room.
- Was a little out of the way for shopping. - Was under renovations - We were in a new room in the new section - no hotel info in room - re: restaurant, services - In suite, there was not a TV in the bedroom - TV service provider was not great

great hotel but needs some staff training
The hotel features a spacious room that felt cute and clean. The pool area was enjoyable and provided a great spot for relaxation. I appreciated the staff's friendliness, which really added to my experience. The inviting pool area allowed for a pleasant unwinding time after a long day.
There were moments when service felt a bit slow or inattentive.

I liked that the staff was very courteous. I thought that our room was very comfortable. I liked the food at the Burgundy Cafe. I though that the food had a home made quality. I liked that you provided towels in the exercise room and the pool area. Glad the fridge and microwave were included.
The temporary fitness room was very hot. If you used an insulated 4 inch flexible hose for the portable air conditioner, the room would actually cool down. The elevator did not fit with the overall look of the hotel.

I absolutely loved that we got 2 king beds instead of queens. It made a world of difference in the quality of sleep we got. The rooms were beautifully renovated.

We had no problems regarding our reservations upon arrival as I have heard alot of horror stories on booking online in other places. The complimentary breakfasts were excellent. The staff at the front desk and in the pub couldn't have been more obligating and helpful. .
Surprised that there was still renovations going on and didn't see any work being done.

Overall the room was updated with a king-size bed and the three lamps, for instance. The breakfast was relatively cheap and super, the check in was speedy. The hotel was in a particularly good and ideal location short walk to anywhere in Edmonton, the restaurant being swamped, and the pretty waterfall next door for what we wanted it for. Furthermore, in a more industrial area of town:)))
